    Jalen Romero

    SOCIAL MEDIA/WEBSITE COORDINATOR

    Jalen Romero grew up in Webb City, Missouri. Jalen is now based out of Columbus, Nebraska, where she works full-time at Christ in Youth on their Church Relations team. Jalen and her husband, Jacob, recently moved to Columbus after he graduated from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis.

    Jalen has worked in marketing since 2020, with a focus on helping organizations tell their stories in authentic and impactful ways. She is passionate about using her skills to support nonprofits that make a difference in people’s lives. She has helped multiple nonprofits with their social media and website needs to accomplish their mission. Jalen’s technical skills are a great asset to RAM.

    Jami McIntyre

    VOLUNTEER/MERCHANDISE COORDINATOR

    Jami McIntyre will be assisting in recruiting volunteers for our events and programs once we get the property and get things up and running.  Jami is also going to be coordinating our online store once we start getting merchandise available for purchase.  Jami works as a paraprofessional, working with children with Autism.

    Jami has been a member of the American Legion Auxiliary for 20 years and has held offices and chairmanships at the local, district, and state levels.  She has been a partner of the 8 and 40 Organization, where she holds the office of Chapeau in the State of Illinois.  This organization aids in raising funds for children with lung or other respiratory diseases.  Jami has a heart for serving children and Veterans.  She volunteers with the Illini Girls State program and is a member of their state planning committee.

  • Danett (Dani) Aldridge

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Dani Aldridge is a seasoned profession with more than 25 years of experience serving communities, government agencies, and military personnel with integrity and dedication. Throughout her career, she has provided leadership, strategic guidance, and high-level administrative oversight across state, municipal, and federal organizations, including the United States Army as a civilian employee and the State of Missouri.

    Her extensive background includes managing complex operations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, developing organizational procedures, leading staff, and delivering dependable support in high-stakes environments. In federal service, Dani offered comprehensive and strategic services to servicemembers and their families, strengthened community resources through programs like Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, and collaborated with military and federal partners to address critical needs.

    Dani brings a mission-centered approach, exceptional communication skills, and a deep commitment to service – making her a strong fit for administrative leadership within a veteran-focused ministry. She is passionate about supporting those who have served, fostering organizational excellence, and advancing the mission of ministries dedicated to veterans’ spiritual, emotional, and practical well-being.

    Mike Elder

    HUNTING/FISHING GUIDE COORDINATOR

    Mike Elder is a US Navy Veteran who served on active duty from 1990 to 1994, including deployment during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. During his service, he was awarded the Kuwait Liberation Medal, the Southwest Asia Defense Medal, and the Meritorious Unit Commendation.

    Currently, he is passionate about serving through Veterans ministries, where his heart is to walk alongside fellow Veterans offering encouragement, faith, and hope rooted in Christ. He believes strongly in honoring those who have served while pointing them to healing, purpose, and community through God’s love.

    In his personal time, Mike enjoys saltwater and freshwater fishing and hunting, finding rest, reflection, and renewal in God’s creation.

    HUNTING/FISHING GUIDE COORDINATOR

    Kaleb Romero serves as one of the Hunting and Fishing Guide Coordinators with a deep passion for the outdoors and a lifelong respect for God’s creation. Raised with a love for the water, he has spent countless hours pursuing trophy fish and unforgettable adventures on the Florida coast. Whether sharing the experience with other fishing enthusiasts at sunrise or sharing stories around a campfire after a successful hunt, Kaleb believes the outdoors offers some of life’s greatest opportunities for connection, peace, and purpose.

    For Kaleb, hunting and fishing are about far more than sport - they are a way to slow down, appreciate the beauty of creation, and strengthen faith through the quiet moments nature provides. He sees every sunrise on the water and every successful hunting trip as a reminder of God’s handiwork and blessings.

    Known for his generosity, hospitality, and authentic personality, Kaleb is committed to creating memorable experiences for every participant, from seasoned outdoorsmen to first-time adventurers. His goal is simple: help others enjoy outdoors activities, build lasting memories, and experience the same appreciation for faith, family, and nature that has shaped his own life.
